We’re glad that you are ready to get started! We want to get to know you – what’s important to you as well as what ails you. All new patients are seen for an hour so that we can get a complete history, talk about your needs and of course treat you. Please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
