At Symmetry Sports Therapy, we utilize a variety of soft tissue techniques to meet the needs of each individual patient in addition to traditional chiropractic and physiotherapy. Our facility focuses its attention on functional exercise rehabilitation and performance care to speed your recovery and improve your efficiency as an athlete.
What is A.R.T?
Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) treatment is a hands-on touch and case management
system that allows your doctor to diagnose and treat soft-tissue injuries.
Soft tissue refers primarily to muscle, tendon, fascia, and nerves. Specific injuries that
apply are repetitive strains, adhesions, tissue hypoxia, and joint dysfunction.
What is the Graston Technique?
