What is A.R.T?

Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) treatment is a hands-on touch and case management
system that allows your doctor to diagnose and treat soft-tissue injuries.
Soft tissue refers primarily to muscle, tendon, fascia, and nerves. Specific injuries that
apply are repetitive strains, adhesions, tissue hypoxia, and joint dysfunction.

What is the Graston Technique?

The Graston Technique incorporates a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue
mobilization that enables your doctor to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and
restrictions that affect normal function.

What is Kinesio Taping?

The Kinesio Taping Method involves taping over and around muscles in order to assist
and give support or to prevent over-contraction. The first technique gives your doctor
the opportunity to actually give support while maintaining full range of
motion, enabling you to participate in physical activity with functional
The second technique helps prevent overuse or over-contraction and helps
provide facilitation of lymph flow 24 hours per day. It is most commonly used in the
